JP food fair... I wanna go to one of this fair one day... But, actually, I knows nothing about Japanese food XD~ I just know yakisoba, if it can be called as a "tipical Japanese food" (it's Chinese food, isn't it? õ.O") And in São Paulo there're lots of places that have Japanese food, because São Paulo was one of the cities that received the biggest number of Japanese 100 years ago (I don't know if you know, but here is where there're more Japanese besides Japan, of course - and the prince of Japan came here in May, I think, and I saw him \o///). But I know that I dislike shoyu.
Oh, do you like Hitler? Thailand fought in the II World War with Hitler, didn't it? Well, Brazil's president used to like Hitler and Mussolini, but USA paid for us to join the war in the American side, so we did it... The funniest part (because I think it's funny) is that that was the reason that made Getúlio (our president) has to leave the presidency, because they said it was incoherent we have a "fascist" president if we fought to destroy the Fascism. So, everything that could remind people that we have a fascist inclination was changed, like names of schools, places and people. I like Eva and Hitler's secretary - and his dog! (I love dogs *.*~).
By the way, do you know that jade is "jade" in Portuguese? But the sound is different, of course. And it's a name too (for women). It's not so common, but, as they say, in Brazil we can find any name in any people (in my classroom there's a boy - Japanese's son - called Bryan William Yoshimoto dos Santos! - "dos Santos", "Silva", "Souza" and "Barbosa" are some of the most common Brazilian's surname. And we have stranger names too, like Abímbola, Ismênia, Lautaro, Lucrécia and others). Actually, most Brazilian names derive from different countries (few are from Portugal) because, as they say, we don't have characteristic face and culture... (my name derives from Greek! - actually, it's a Greek word - and my second name is Italian) Ah! Talking about names, can you tell me a female Thai name that starts with P? I need one XD~
Do you know Brazilian music?
