RAISIN COOKIES
heat oven to 200°C
mix very well in a bowl:
1/2 cup of rice milk
1/4 cup of corn oil
1/2 cup of rice malt
few drops of vanilla extract
mix in another bowl:
1 cup of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
combine wet with dry ingredients.
add 1/2 cup of raisins (previously soaked in warm tea til plump,dried
and sprinkled with flour) and mix well.
if the dough is too liquid add flour.
make little mounds on an oiled cookie sheet.
bake for 10 minutes.
