Meanwhile, in Cespedes . . .

I found this very camera-shy toad in the garden on Saturday night. It had been wet all day, so perfect conditions for him.

Do you wanna know what a fav oz pass time is for males?????
Well toads are a pest here, they poison pets, chase away the green frogs and there is way too many of them.
Ever hear of toad cricket? well, its where you walk around in search of toads and see how far you can hit it..... its a very competitive sport.... and is usually played with a beer in hand.
Its a little to heartless for me, when I was younger me and my friends use to catch them in a bag, and then put them in the freezer.... they would just go into hybernation. and then when they were asleep, but not solid, we would put them in the bush. It didnt hurt them, just confused them and they wouldnt wonder back to the yard for a while...... unlike the toad cricket, which could also be toad golf depending which was your prefered sport... males and violence.... i will never understand!

A esto se le llama estar en el lugar y momento adecuado. Buena foto.

hehehe... the truck had a fluid leak, i think it was clutch fluid coz it was green, I had that problem once when I hit a guard rail :)
Yes cain toads, they hybernate in cold, it makes it easyer to relocate them so you dont have a bucket of hopping toads, and it does seem to confuse them :)
The public transport here is good (for the type of area it is), but the closest train is 15/20min away.... we have no train line in our area, which sucks. And our bus's are apparently ozone friendly??????? I dont get how it can be!!!
from some of yours and your wifes photos it looks like you are in a rural area, do you actually rely on public transport?
hope you had a good weekend, enjoy your Monday!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, there are some animals, but not like toads, or things like that, they are more like... little snakes and birds xD

I don't know, but little brown dry animals xD

And that plant's a navelwort (umbilicus silvestris) in case you were wondering!

Yeah, thanks, I'm having a good time with my parents, but I left them alone today as I had to work all day long... And even through I've already seen a lot in London, we found some places I haven't been before... :)
Your comment about the languages is really funny and actually sooo true! Sometimes it's definitely worth more if you're able to speak an Indian language, Russian or Turkish... :D So, I'll ask my mum 2mor if it's useful that she knows English!? Let's see, I'm already excited!
Sorry, but I don't feel like uploading... I couldn't decide which pic, so I finally didn't choose anyone... Possibly 2mor!
Good night!

Nice toad!!I prefer frogs though. My mum brought me a couple of frogs (from Castellon) for my fish tank a couple of years ago. I have no idea how she keep them alive all the trip. Some months after"dieron el salto" and they died behind the fish tank :(

The proper frogs for fish tanks keeps most of the time under the water.
