A moment of meditation at Surf Beach

My after-school Hike Club kids are sitting on an emerging sandbar as the tide gets lower and lower at Surf Beach, where the Santa Ynez River meets the ocean. We were skimboarding during the minus low tide yesterday, but the mood turned to a moment of meditation as the sun got low. (Surf Beach, 5 November 2009)
