Convergent Lady Beetles (Hippodamia convergens, Coleoptera)

It looks like a ladybug lollipop!

The Convergent Lady Beetles - aka "ladybugs" - (Hippodamia convergens in the family Coccinellidae, order Coleoptera) are "converging" again in the canyon. This gathering is on an old seed head of Coyote Mint aka White-leaf Monardella (Monardella hypoleuca) in the Mint (Lamiaceae) family. Mating is definately occurring! (San Marcos Pass, 30 November 2008)

Hi =) I`m latin and my english is very bad, but... i want to tell you (if you read) waht I love ladybugs. I think they are very beautiful. Im from Chile and there are many at this time. I have a collection of pictures of ladybugs.
