I imagine that your country the issue of sale of bread is different than in Chile.
The bread sold in bakeries in supermarkets, bakeries outside their shops and the best rolls comidas. But not purchased at these locations .... not, the best are the "country" as we call them, These are the outskirts of the city, country side and what makes them different is that you knead by hand and baked in wood fire oven and Mud, that together gives a special flavor that no bread in the world can be compared or there superar. Also " tortillas" , which are a much bigger bread that is kneaded bread but baked in the embers of coal. Left with a slight taste of ashes .... is delicious ;)
I know that in the Japanese diet you have no bread, so I do not know if what I'm telling you can imagine the taste of it.
One more thing to your list of sights to meet.
A big embrace for you , great week :)
BUENOS DIAS
