Check my interview you see me everywhere !
CLARKE: So how did you come up with the name Cope3?
COPE3: Cope3 man, Bronx graffiti legend. I came up with that name back in 79, 80. My boy use to write “Kope” with a “K”. I forget what I was writing back then …..I use to write “BIN” and then I handed “BIN3? to a friend of mine. Then I started writing “Cope” with a “C”. I got the 3 from when I idolized BAN3, he use to be king of the insides. He had a lot of shit on the lines. I use to watch a lot of names like Sunk, Chas & Nash…I got inspired by them and since then I was COPE3.

CLARKE: Talk about the bench at Sittard and the importance of that location for writer.
COPE3: It was a place a place where you met writers and a place where you hooked up with writers to rack your paint. Or just take photos of the cars, or sign black books and just hang out. Everyone use to cut school and go there. I remember I would go there with Daze 2 from Heerlen , back in 80, I met him on the 4 train, Daze2 was like “Come with me to the bench!” I was a little afraid to go there, I was mad small. I seen so many ;chillin it was amazing.
