Smocking flamingo es una banda de ska, reggae y rocksteady con el fiel sonido original de los 60's y 70's.
influenciados por the skatalites, doreen shaffer, desmond dekker, hepcat y otros, los flamingos iintentan recrear el viejo golpe del ritmo jamaiquino, rememorando el autentico sonido ska de la isla. hoy la banda esta compuesta por: sergio zarate y damian rocha en guitarras, el pollo en bateria, christian martinez en bajo, y matias traut, esteban descalzo, y carlos alvarado en trombones.
