Sinopsis: En un episodio especial de House, filmado y narrado en su mayoría desde la perspectiva de un paciente, estrella invitada Mos Def como Lee, un hombre que se despierta en Nueva York después de un accidente en bicicleta, incapaz de moverse o comunicarse en cualquier forma. House, que se hirió en un accidente en moto, ocupa la cama junto a Lee en el hospital y rápidamente fastidia a los doctores que los tratan a ambos, insistiendo en que Lee tiene el "Síndrome de Enclaustramiento" (Locked-in Syndrome). Después que House logra que Lee sea trasladado al Princeton Plainsboro, el equipo está en el caso para intentar "liberarlo". Entretanto, Wilson sospecha que House esconde algo cuando este se rehúsa a decir por qué estaba en Nueva York, Cuddy tendrá algo que ver al respecto.
