i made this vegan peach tart for my new boyfriend who shares my political views (which is strongly hinted in the shell design). the tart is a bit of a mish mash of homemade and store bought: the shell I bought, the crust on top i made; most of the filling is store bought complimented by peaches we picked from his aunt's fruit trees. It actually turned out pretty darn tasty, so I can highly recommend the vegan pie shell recipe from Soy not Oi!
