El lugar es un parque al norte de la zona 1 de la Ciudad Capital. Se conoce come el Cerrito del Carmen. La foto fue tomada en un día de octubre del 2004 en un evento cultural. En el enlace abajo se puede ver una panoramica de 360 grados.
