Boquinete con yuzu-koshou at K`s Cafe in Cancun. Boquinete (hogfish) is a tasty vegetarian fish caught locally. Yuzu-koshou is made with Japanese yuzu (a citrus fruit) and chilies, and is similar in effect (but not texture) to habaneros in lime juice.
