REGLAS - RULES
12/31/08Principalmente toda foto subida a este grupo tiene que seguir las reglas establecidas por Fotolog.com, las cuales aceptas al iniciar el uso de tu cuenta:

Entre ellas, destacamos las siguientes, aunque a TODAS se les debe dar la misma importancia:
No violar las leyes internacionales, estatales o federales que fueran aplicables;
No utilizar los Servicios que se brindan a través de este Sitio para enviar correo electrónico no solicitado, correo masivo, correo no deseado o todo otro material a cualquier otro usuario del Sitio o a cualquier otra persona o entidad;
No utilizar los Servicios que se ofrecen a través de este Sitio para amenazar, acosar, o molestar a otros usuarios del Sitio;
No utilizar los Servicios de este sitio para dañar a menores de edad;
No utilizar el Sitio para exhibir ningún contenido obsceno, vulgar, ofensivo o dañoso en si mismo, ni tampoco podrá exhibir contenidos que muestren personas al desnudo o que sean injustificadamente violentos, sexualmente explícitos, difamatorios, injuriosos o que violen los derechos de autor, marcas, patentes o cualquier otro derecho propiedad intelectual de Fotolog o de algún tercero;
No interferir con el uso que otros usuarios hicieran del Sitio;
Este fotolog es para compartir fotos de 30 Seconds To Mars, nada de fotos personales, egocentrismo ni nada que no tenga que ver con el proposito de este fotolog que es compartir las fotos que tenemos de la banda y sus respectivos miembros.
No se puede postear pornografía, ni contenido obseno, rasista o que ofenda a la comunidad de Fotolog, de lo contrario se eliminará el contenido y se denunciara la cuenta agresora llevando a la desactivación del infractor.
Está PROHIBIDO postear fotos con copyright, asi sea de GettyImages, Isifa, WENN, etc. ya que esas fotos NO te pertenecen y tienen derecho de autor, si subes este tipo de fotos tu cuenta puede sufrir una desactivación.
Respeten los posteos, no pueden subir fotos, si el último posteo no posee por los menos algunos comentarios sobre la foto.
Se pide que por favor, no repitan las fotos.
Si así no se cumpliesen los puntos mencionados, estamos en derecho de borrar cualquier foto que no cumpla con las reglas, bloquear al usuario, o denunciar la cuenta infractora para la desactivación ya sea por un incumplimiento de un punto grave de estas reglas o por el reiterado incumplimiento de las mismas. Como así también estamos en derecho de sancionar una conducta que aquí no se especifique y se considere una falta al uso del Group Fotolog como asi también del Fotolog en general ya que los moderadores de los grupos estan en constante contacto con los administradores y voluntarios de Fotolog para resolver cualquier inconveniente.

Unable to post pornography or obscene content, racist or offensive to the community Fotolog, otherwise we will remove the contents and denunciation of the aggressor taking account deactivation of the offender.
