El Proposito : Existe un ejercicio de meditacion que consiste en hacernos conscientes, generalmente durante diez minutos por dia , el proposito de cada una de nuestras acciones.

Manri llama a esto " La atencion consciente". Cuando nos observamos repitiendo la mas comun de las rutinas , nos damos cuenta de la riqueza de nuestra vida.
Comprendemos cada paso, cada actitud.
Descubrimos cosas importantes y pensamientos inutiles.
Despues de un tiempo - la diciplina es siempre fundamental-, estamos mas conscientes de nuestras faltas y distracciones. Y esto nos hace mas fuertes.
