a las 16.00 afuera del congreso, con pancartas y hojas de firmas y la mejor voz. llevar el carnet de idnetidad por si existiera la posibilidad de entrar a la camara.

EN QUILPUE :
a las 20.00 tambien. Afuera de la municipalidad de quilpue (killpue). La misma tonica: VELATON :velas, linternas pancartas y hojas de firmas.
