*TRIVIA*
- La pelicula fue filmada al mismo tiempo que Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End cuyo estreno esta previsto para junio/julio del 2007.
- El guitarrista de los Rolling Stone, Keith Richards, iba a aparecer en la pelicula como el padre del Capitan Jack Sparrow, pero no pude debido al tour mundial que estaban dando los Rolling Stones.
- Keira Knightley tuvo que utilizar extensiones, ya que se tuvo que cortar el pelo para la pelicula Domino.
- La tripulacion de Davy Jones eran todos actores, pero utilizaban trajes grises de motion-capture.
- Otros actores que fueron considerados para el papel de Davy Jones fueron Iain Glenn, Jim Broadbent and Richard E. Grant.
- Durante la filmacion el elenco tuvo que ser evacuado de Los Angeles debido al huracan Wilms.

- Los actores no sabian que Geoffrey Rush(Capitan Barbosa) iba a aparecer en el final de la pelicula. La cara de sorpresa que aparece en la pelicula al verlo bajar las escaleras son geniunas, ya que todos los actores se sorprendieron al verlo.
