This is an eggplant, but not usual eggplant. It is called "MIZUNASU". This kind is a product of OSAKA.
It contains more moisture than usual eggplants.
So I rinced them with salt water and made salad. In the glass conteiner it is pickkled eggplants.
It tells us summer comming, and actually it is hot and humid.
