I got lots of organic sweet carrots, so these days often baked this cake using one carrot.

Though I'd like to tell you the recipe proudly, I use my "homebakery" machine, so I just put the ingrediats of butter cake according to the instruction of the machine and one julienne carrot in the machine. It took a little time to cut a carrot into fine strips.
