cada día lo tengo más claro...





quiero que mi mente sea mi aliada,

cambiar el modo de ver las cosas y de vivirlas

ganar consciencia y presencia

ser más coherente y estar en paz con las naturales

contradicciones intrínsecas en los seres humanos





quiero aprender a meditar....
