Today was an all right day...
Work went pretty slow, which was crappy, but then we had bursts every now and again.
After work I came home and my internet had arrived! I couldn't believe that indeed but was more shocked when Nan actually was allowed to sign for it as they made it clear that I had to show ID and sign and no one else was allowed to, anyway I can't complain about that as I have a feeling I've used over my Optus allowance anyway.
Mum and Chris will be over tomorrow night so I'm setting it up then!
My coloured contacts arrived but they aren't that great... If I do decide to get coloured ones, I'll go to the Optometrist and get the Nigaloo [sp?] brand as they are really vibrant indeed and should make a difference!

I went back to work around 5pm and picked up Talisha and we headed into Chermside.
We didn't find any jackets or bracelets that she liked, which was a bummer.
I went into Big W and got some crap for my car that I've needed for a few weeks now.
I then took her out to Strathpine, which was great as I went into ALDI and managed to get the last Spanish phrasebook that they had from 2 weeks ago! We went into Ice and she found a really cute jacket to wear. It covers her wrists so she doesn't have to worry about the bracelet, and she also got some lashes as well.

She showed me the way to her house and it looks quite easy, well it was easy to find my way out anyway! Should be easy enough to find Saturday night. It sounds like it's going to be a pretty cool party indeed! :-) I can't wait.

So far, my favourite song off the Alestorm album is 'Leviathan' closely followed by 'Black Sails at Midnight' and 'No Quarter'. Talisha wants a copy so shall do that tomorrow night, to fill in time again. I missed Family Guy last night AGAIN! That is 3 weeks in a row now... I'll have to put an alarm on my phone or something...

Under 2 days to go now... I'm getting a tad nervous now of the fact that it could be raining and I don't really want to crash the Lotus... I mean, who would want to crash a Lotus?!? If you're sitting there thinking that you would, shame on you! I'll be happy to just floor it in a straight line and see how fast I can go in it... It's top speed is 237Km/h, honestly I'll be happy to get in a car and do anything over 200Km/h! That would make my day! :-D

Even though it is only 9.30pm, I'm a tad tired so I'm going to go to bed and read for a little while.
