Well... It started off bad and annoying when I checked online before I left and found that Oz7 Lotto had jackpot to $50 Million for next week [and that I had wasted my $1.10 with my so-called 'lucky numbers'] that means endlessly repeating all the damn prices for that night all over again for another bloody week!
The first great turn of the day was a short but good conversation with James. The bastards at his work have changed around everyone's hours and, by the sounds of it, made it fucking hard for all involved - that is why I'm glad I work the same hours week in, week out.
The second great turn of the day was when Talisha still wanted to go late night shopping at Chermside tomorrow night, which gives me something to do other than sit at home and watch TopGear [when I should be doing my UK trip DVD, I don't wanna have to sit through all the footage again, I'll get sick of it]
The third great turn of the day was when I got to Dad's house, I took a note out of my wallet [not saying how much] then went for a walk to JB Hi-Fi. I was on a mission to see if they had Alestorm's new album "Black Sails At Midnight". I took a stab in the dark as the last time I asked them about Alestorm, they looked at me with a dumbfounded look on their faces and said, "Never heard of them". Honestly, the only place I've found their CDs was at Rocking Horse [in which you pay out the arse for it]. I walked in and went to the heavy metal section and had a look...
... IT WAS THERE!!! I couldn't believe it! It was the last copy in stock as well so I grabbed it, then left before I could buy anything else that I didn't need. X-D New Scottish pirate metal to listen to! Talisha, if you want a copy, let me know and I'll have it for you by Saturday night!
The last great turn of the day was an email from Virgin saying that they got the copies of my ID, had been approved and will get my internet modem sometime in the next 2-4 working days... So hopefully by this time next week as my Optus bill finishes next Tuesday!
Anyway, I'm not tired right now but if I go to bed hopefully I'll just fall asleep and get more than 5 hours tonight!
