Just looking at this picture of the empanada makes me hungry, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yummy!
Took this picture at the Rancho Carolina in Limachi which is a town about 30 minutes to the interior of Valparaiso. The food there is amazing and they're known for the delicious empanadas which are to put it crudely, a type of meat pie. There are other flavours as well such as seafood and just cheese!
Anyways, it's cold but sunny today in Valparaiso, a perfect day to have a yummy empanada!

*sigh* there's a lot of OK food in Taipei, but no where has made me rave. I'm on a quest to find people to take me to the really good food. I have my doubts.
