Ippudo is a very popular ramen restaurant in NYC. The wait can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
I went here tonight with some of my friends. It was a bit salty for my taste, but I had thought the same of the ramen in Japan.

Because this place was so busy it felt very rushed to eat here and leave. Not friendly.
