September 7, 2011; 5:23 P.M. - Taipei, Taiwan. From the southeastern mountains that have hiking trails with the best panoramic views of Taipei City proper. I think this is shot from one of the highest peaks on the trail, and corresponds close to the observation deck of Taipei 101, the 2nd tallest building in the world. My altimeter showed that I was at about 1,310 feet, which is similar to what it read when I went up Taipei 101.
