Paella is one of my best cookings as my friends in Spain gave me some tips for Paella :)
This Paella pan came from Madrid when my husband visited there and bought it.

Yes, havmaleducado, it cames from Valencia, but pizza comes from Napoles and it's called an italian dish, dont be so narrow minded!!
In the south, they put a lot of fish but in the north, we cook it with chicken and vegetables. Did you put Azafrán (saffron) on it?It's a staple!!

Lovely a japanese housewife cooking a paella. Spanish cuisine is trendy and for a spanish boy like me is a source of joy and pride.
