for my husband (Apr.02);
Oyako-don (chicken and egg simmered with Japanese clear soup put on the rice), pumpkin and beans, spicy red paprika, and pickled cucumber.

"Oyako" means " a parent and a child". Chicken and egg are the good partners, and Oyako-don is one of the popular cookings in Japan.

The name is funny, and really makes sense!
Actually I always thought that eating chicken with eggs were something funny because of that, and even more when there's corn also, once corn is the chicken's food. hehe
