You see, before it begins to shake many out there and start at the core of me, and to clarify that I'm not saying that calories do not exist or they are not important.
Calories are present. It is the way in which the energy measure in our bodies. We get that energy from the foods we eat, we take in our molecules (molecules and those we keep them in our cells), and use it whenever you need to do something (to move to breathe or make the heart beat).
Calories are a measure of the energy in the body.
What I mean is that it is a myth that if you are thin or get fat because we eat more or less of calories.
Let me explain why this myth.
