Salada de bacalhau marinado ( massa pimentão,alho,coentros,azeite,gengibre e pimenta preta em grão),com misto de rebentos frescos,agrião,rucula e ovo de codorniz escalfado....


Marinated cod salad ( mass of peppers, garlic, coriander, olive oil, ginger and pepper), mixed with fresh shoots , watercress, arugula and poached quail egg ....
