Morreu nesta terça feira, 11 de julho de 2006, Sid Barret, o percursor do Pink Floyd
”Ele morreu em casa", informou Alan Barrett. Syd tinha 60 anos e, segundo seu irmão, morreu vítima de complicações causadas pela diabetes.
