Re: Mural building, yes, the lower floor is a family planning clinic and dentistry on upper level. My friend's studio is in Echo Park, a long established neighborhood near to Hollywood and Los Angeles. It is quite colorful in every way. I actually live 35 miles from here, but long ago, had a studio in Hollywood. I live very close to Disneyland.
