I went with Gustaf to the vet to have his ears tested whether he can hear or not. (As you may know, white cats are often deaf.)
Poor little boy had to have an anestesis and then it took him 3 1/2 hours to wake up!
But now we have it "black on white" that he can perfectly well hear.

Armer kleiner weisser Kater! Aber nun kann er ja bald auf Mäusejagd gehen, wenn er es im Stroh rascheln hört!Man sieht bereits, wie er die Ohren spitzt.

Gut, dass Ihr ihn habt untersuchen lassen. Habt Ihr eigentlich irgendeine Art Tierazt-Versicherung? Für Hunde(halter) gibt es so etwas, glaube ich, aber bei Katzen??
