[Evey] Sometimes I could just punch you in your stupid smiley face! "V. V. V. V. V.". It's the inscription on that arch in the big hall. You know it is. I just wondered what it meant, that's all.
[V] It's a quotation. A motto... "Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus Vici". "By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe". Latin.
[Evey] Hmmm. I suppose you have, sort of. You can do whatever you want, can't you? I suppose that's conquering the universe. Doing what you want.
