Breakfast: an attempt at making breakfast baskets

I saw this recipe somewhere and thought I'd try it out since I was alone at the beach house and had the time and patience to deal with a backup plan if it was a bomb. Turned out to be pretty good.

It's easy - you butter a piece of bread and cram it into a muffin tin then bake it in the oven for a bit until the bread starts to get crispy. Then you add a couple of bits of bacon (or, in this case, sliced turkey breast), crack in an egg (try not to break it) and sprinkle some cheese over the top and bake for 10 minutes or so (until the egg sets a bit).
