today I went for a walk in a beautiful park here in Sweden. there were mooses (moose? moosesses??) and the male makes a real interesting sound/call. incredible. they had penguins too, which also make a great sound. I found a dead squirrel and I tried to cut it's tail off as my girlfriend wants a squirrel tail, but I didn't have a knife, and no matter how hard I jammed a branch into it while holding a log on the body with my foot, I couldn't get it off. then I started to feel sick as I'd only had 4 hours sleep and not much to eat, so I gave up. I'm very tired and kind of spinning out right now, sorry...

but anyway, I've been in Sweden the last ten days painting with Ekta. We've made some real nice stuff, and some stuff that I'm not sure about yet, but it was interesting to make, the journey to get to wherever we got to. I don't know. I think we're both tired of painting now, probably tired of each other too ;-) I know that I'm really ready to go home and curl up in bed with my girlfriend, though I'm gonna miss being part of Ekta's little family, which has been a good experience, and the nature in this city, which is amazing and beautiful. I want to come back in a years time just to sit in the Slottsskogsparken for a few days and draw trees
