Yeah...Bailie's 5th grade science fair project is complete. She tested which substance would best preserve an apple: baking soda, salt or sugar. (No we did not use lemon juice, the obvious choice) Salt was the winner.
This is Bailie's last major project of the year, so we are all happy she is done. It is not due until Monday, but we are going to the lake all weekend, so she had to get it done early. I must say, her board turned out pretty snappy and her written report looks awfully impressive as well.
