Into the Light

The most dramatic light is also the most difficult to photograph.

I addition, all posts must be backlit (your subject is between you and your light source) but NOT silhouettes. Photos of silhouettes can be posted at http://www.fotolog.net/silhouette/ We want to be able to see the subject.

All posts must be photos that YOU took yourself. I don`t care how much permission you might have, if you didn`t take it, don`t post it.

Absolutely NO ego shots allowed. Period. I enjoy a creative portrait as much as the next person, but there are too many "less than creative" portraits and no one that doesn`t know these people really wants to look at them. So they are ALL banned.

If at all possible, please include some technical information. How did you take the picture?

Absolutely no ASCII drawings in the captions or guestbook. I detest those things and will ruthlessly delete every one I see.

We reserve the right to delete any photo at any time.

And the most important part, be creative AND have fun. Especially that last part ;-)
