Salir, caminar, recorrer, sin la necesidad de respirar porque oxígeno tengo. Me basta y me sobra. Cuando uno comienza a sentirse bien lo nota, cuando empieza a tener las metas claras se nota, cuando uno esta haciendo lo que le apasiona lo nota por que el tiempo se acorta... es una sensación divina, la recomiendo completamente.
